1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • Your request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be in its original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return or refund:

    Please include your order number, reason for return, and if possible, a photo of the issue.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
